Sueshiro Sano is a wooden ship builder, born as third son of the SANO SHIPYARD which was established more than 200 years ago and has been lasting for eight generations. Born in 1958 he has been engaged in the construction of wooden ships since the age of thirteen, and established rare skill and technique for which WOODEN BOAT MAGAZINE of the USA awarded him with the appellation SANO MAGIC. In recent years he decided to start using this amazing skill on a very different vehicle: bicyles. we don’t call this design and crafts neither, we call this art.
